This version of Edrak 360 targeted a number of 20 youth with leadership skills between 18 and 35 years old in 2024, with the aim of educating and training them on different topics including law, economics, public administration, international relations and conflict sensitivity.

Edrak 360 Youth was implemented by Tanmia 360, in collaboration with the Student Center in Tripoli.

In 2024, Tanmia 360 implemented Edrak 360 Youth as its first program in Tripoli city to train and raise the awareness of youth on various topics

To support youth and empower them to achieve positive change, week-long training sessions were implemented during 2023 in the 360 Space building on feasibility study and its importance for startups, under the supervision of a specialized trainer in the field, where the program targeted 20 young males and females.

Tanmia Urban Forum discussed various planning, architectural, and engineering aspects throughout a two-week period, in addition to legal and economic aspects and financing mechanisms, and raising the level of general community awareness on the new urban plan for the city of Benghazi and its development and construction programs. 
The first week consisted of training and workshops targeting approximately 60 youth in the fields of architecture, law, and economics, to provide the opportunity for the participation of young professionals specialized in relevant aspects to open horizons for a new generation of youth to be leaders in the future.
The second week consisted of round-table sessions that brought together officials and decision-makers with the opportunity to form professional relationships based on sufficient understanding, knowledge, and know-how to reach recommendations and solutions on the various topics discussed during the forum week. The number of targeted attendees over the two weeks was approximately 139 participants.

Tanmia Urban Forum was organized by Tanmia 360, funded by USAID, in collaboration with the Libyan Transition Initiative (LTI), and in partnership with the Municipality of Benghazi and the Benghazi and Derna Construction Fund.

Tanmia Urban Forum brought together officials and decision-makers to discuss important issues related to construction in areas related to architecture, economics, and law with the participation of youth for the future of the central region of the country and the city of Benghazi in particular.

Through innovative gardening techniques, Tanmia 360 seeks to create lush greenery on the walls of the building, thereby enhancing the aesthetic appeal while also promoting environmental sustainability and raising awareness, derived from one of our strategic priorities.
In 2023, Tanmia 360 launched a competition between young architects in Benghazi to design the Hanging Garden in the 360 Space building, where they presented their final artwork in front of three specialized judges in the field. Based on criteria set by the judges, a winner was announced, receiving a financial prize. Through the Hanging Garden project, Tanmia 360 demonstrates its commitment to creating green spaces that prioritize both human well-being and ecological health.


The Hanging Garden by Tanmia 360 is an ambitious project aimed at transforming the outdoor space in the 360 Space building into a vibrant green environment.

It is a professional social enterprise that collectively develops more resilient, productive, and creative members who will contribute to the development of the community and move the wheels of the economy, in addition to increasing the level of interaction and coordination between various actors and sectors for the greater good.

With an innovative pricing strategy, 360 Space provides 12 hours of access to its uniquely designed large (1300+ m2) coworking space. Private offices are available for rent for start-ups, CSOs, and NGOs, a medium-sized conference hall and multi-purpose meeting rooms for rent, as well as fixed desks for a flat monthly affordable fee to have a working space in the open area. The 360 Space is in a vibrant location near universities with a convenient parking space and easy accessibility (especially for people with special needs). Added values also include long working hours, high-speed internet, receptionist/administrative support services, and security services (Health and Safety). This program was executed for two months, and divided into two phases. The first phase included an online session that gathered media influencers and activists on social media platforms, with a facilitator and session moderator present. Discussions were held, and a Code of Conduct was developed. The second phase involved a session conducted in Benghazi, targeting youth interested in hate speech and disinformation topics. They collaboratively created a list of Hate Speech lexicons that will be widely shared on social media platforms to positively impact the Libyan online sphere. 

This version of the program was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in collaboration with the American Bar Association (ABA)

Mubadara 360 - Cultural Role in Peace Building program was designed to build youth capacities in CSOs/NGOs and aid in increasing their awareness through training programs on topics such as project management, peacebuilding, gender equality, and conflict analysis.
It was an opportunity to network with around 20 NGOs/CSOs from Eastern Libya to benefit individuals and help them develop in such matters to ensure they all gain the right skills for proper outcomes. 

This program was funded by the European Union, in collaboration with UNDP.

Development Season: Benghazi 2033 project is an engagement platform that contributes to the trust building and enhancement between government entities, CSOs, and the community, in addition to enabling CSOs to have meaningful community engagements that will result in partnerships to develop and deliver sustainable projects. Also, to engage the wider community (mainly university students) in development-related dialogues.

The Development Season included several activities, such as workshops to bring together CSOs to work according to a dialogue-based methodology, followed by community dialogues with grassroots groups, where multiple initiatives resulted from these workshops, and will be delivered at a later phase.
Furthermore, there was a 3-day event consisting of keynote speeches, discussion panels, and round table discussions, in addition to an interactive exhibition for local CSOs. This event provided an opportunity for various segments of the community to engage with decision-makers, subject matter experts, and CSOs to debate and explore firsthand development, stability, and social cohesion themes.
Through the 3-day event (The Development Season), previous development work that has taken place in Benghazi and future programs and/or plans were publicly announced and discussed, considering transparency and trust building. It provided a first-time experience for many of the residents of the city to hear about development work that has taken place in the city, and future plans including initiatives that have been developed by participating CSOs, alongside community groups, to be implemented after the conclusion of The Development Season.

Development Season: Benghazi 2033 aims to be the ray of hope for having a better future for Benghazi city, through which it will also contribute to trust building and enhancement and bridging the gap between government entities, CSOs, and the community.
